"We toured here. It was a beautiful drive over there. We visited, and they were very accommodating. They gave me lots of information that I'm going to share that with my friend. They were very, very friendly. We had to wait a little bit because we came early, which was fine. We got a chance to observe the people there, how they were at lunch with the residents, and everyone was just very nice. It was a warm place to be. As we walked through the place, I liked the idea that they had lots of activities. They gave us an example of that. They also take them to doctor appointments, so that's great. They have a bus, and they take them to the store. The staff all seemed helpful, caring, and friendly. It looked like they had a lot of amenities. According to their chart, they had exercises too. The other thing that I really appreciated was that they didn't know that we lived two hours away, but they said that they were going to do booster shots this coming week. They had ordered extra and that we were welcome to come back and get a booster shot. I thought that was really nice. They had lots of activities too. The room that they showed us was nice, clean, and bright. It had a nice window with lots of light coming through. Unfortunately they didn't have any openings, but you never know when those might open up."

"My grandmother had been at Suzanne Elise for a year and a half. My overall experience with them was really great. It is a newer facility. I had eaten the food there, and it was really good. The price was right, the rooms were spacious, they had more active people there, and they had volunteers that come and go. The people were really nice. It was a beautiful area. They had all kinds of transportation. It was a very senior-friendly community, so it was really easy to integrate into the community. Overall the things that stand out to me were that this community was very clean, and they really took care of their residents. "

"My sister has moved to the Healing Hands Foster Care Home in Warrenton. They're very caring people and excellent caregivers. She's very comfortable there, and the food is very good. They have a patio outside of the house that she goes to. They just take really good care of her, and she's happy there. They're just very good people, very caring. They're like a family, and just overall is a nice place. We also have good communication with them."
