There’s no comfortable seating for residents, the place just feels cold. They only get one serving of food each meal. When I visit my LO and most residents tell me they’re hungry. For residents who were used to smoking, they’re cut to 4 a day. I agree it’s not a great habit. But what else do they have? Smells really bad!

I'd rate this facility with 2 stars. In the mentally challenged ward, they have no form of entertainment except an occasional bingo game. There should be a permanent television attached to the wall with on-going programs so that the patients/residents do not have to stare at the walls. They also appear to over-medicate the patients keeping them lethargic and in a zombie state. Other than that, they appear to be a satisfactory organization.
