I'm not sure about the Facility because I never had an opportunity to visit. The upfront presentation from the person that answers the telephone is Horrible. I contacted the Facility to ask about information for a parent. The person was VERY rude and if that's the presentation from the greeter, I can not imagine what the level of patient care would be. I learned years ago Leadership comes from the Top. I asked if he was the owner and was asked why. I want my mother to have a pleasant experience and it starts in the lobby/greeter.

Need

I tried to ask a few questions about the establishment regarding location, meals, beds, care types and the owner's name, But the owner who I spoke with told me not to call back. So I called back and kindly told him I wanted to get information about the assisted living home for the near future as my grandmother needs care, and he told me NO! and hung-up. I absolutely do not want ANYbody's grandparent to be in his care, because Alzheimers care requires patience, and this man had NO PATIENCE! So, go elsewhere if you are considering this place... very sleazy, and very rude.
