My husband has been in Holiday Hills/The Allen Memory Care Center for about one year. It was brand new a year ago and state of the art. Throughout the year, I have become more impressed and grateful to the center with it's excellent staff in beautiful, home like surroundings. They provide care above and beyond what I could ever have hoped for for my husband. I live 50 miles from Coleman, Texas but it is worth ever mile driven to have the qualitybof care provided there.

Holiday Hill Nursing home is probably the worst facility I have ever visited or attended. Those seeking to provide residence for their family members should look elsewhere. It is dirty, the rooms are cramped for patients with more than a handful of personal belongings, staff can be rude (though this is mainly due to their poor working conditions that are enforced upon them by their superiors), the food is known for not being of high esteem as the facility refuses to allow staff to get higher quality ingredients, and the residents are at constant risk of contamination due to poor handling of biohazard waste and raw sewage. Most residents if not all are constantly miserable due to their poor conditions and lack of stimulation. Never would I recommend bringing your family here. You will also be looking at spending a bloody fortune for no reason as the facility is not up to par with their pricing.
