"My tour with River Oaks was very good. However, my loved one was there for three hours and fell. They were not quick to take care of somebody that had dementia. It was very nice for somebody in rehab or assisted living or something like that. The staff was friendly. It had very nice grounds. The dining area was spacious, clean, and looked like a nice place to dine. "

"My sister-in-law is at River Oaks Place Loudon. I think the staff are friendly, experienced, and very caring. I also think the food is high quality. She seems to always enjoy her meals. I feel that the facility is well maintained and is in a beautiful setting. There is a lot of really good scenery as you look out the window with mountains and trees. It is just a nice area. I have seen them gardening and doing some arts and crafts, which she seems to really enjoy. I think it's a good value."

"Lakewood Place – Loudon is an old hospital which they restored so it looks pretty nice. My dad is in assisted living there. The staff makes sure the residents are fed and help them if they need anything done. The dining room is very big and nice, and they'rw all sat by roommates, and if you don't have a roommate, it's men sitting with men and women sitting with women. It's open all day long so even when they're not serving food, they're allowed to go there, sit and chat with your friends. The food is all home-cooked and looked nice. The place is clean and they have several different games."

"Autumn Care Assisted Living was great and reasonably priced. The staff was very nice and accommodating."

"My husband is staying at Meadow View Senior Living right now for respite care. I like the people that work there. They are very friendly, warm and capable. He has an L-shaped apartment studio, and they provide the refrigerator and microwave in a small kitchenette. The bathroom is set up for easy transferring in and out of the shower. The facility is very clean. They have bingo and all those kinds of typical activities."

"My mother moved here. They are good at redirecting my mom. She'll be going down one avenue and then they'll just ask a question and all of a sudden she'll be back to reality. It's just really cool to see how they can redirect people when they're in their alternate reality. I am impressed with how they interact with the residents there. The place is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are not very big, but they have a bathroom and are certainly big enough for what they use them for, which is primarily to hold their clothes and to sleep. Their policy is that they don't want the residents in their rooms for extended periods other than to sleep. And so when they get them up and out, they lock the door and there's a big communal area for everyone to be there so they can socialize. There are also other areas where they can do puzzles. When it's not hot, they can go out to this courtyard, which is entirely enclosed by the building. It looks like they must have cookouts out there because I saw a grill. And they have some chairs out there and beautiful flowers. There's also a paved path and it's gorgeous."

"My wife has moved into Renaissance Terrace Community Living Center for rehab. I like the fact that the entire staff seems to be very dedicated, very conscientious, and very, you know, very dedicated towards helping people, like a lot of other medical facilities around the very shorthanded. They're doing their best to work with her. She has a lot going on and they're doing their very best to help her out. Again, a somewhat larger staff would help, but in the places that we've been this year so far, everybody is understaffed. So, nothing new, so I rate them pretty high. The overall staff that is here, I would rate high. They were very thorough explaining things, and again, we could use more people, but the ones that they have here are very good. It isn't necessarily their fault, but they do have COVID restrictions, so I can't go in there and look around. They do have a gym. It's not huge and spacious like the place we were at. Right now, she's covered by Medicare. I don't even know what the billing is."

"I love my apartment. And the staff here are so friendly and caring. There are lots of activities, and friends to do them with. My move here was a good decision for me, and my family has peace of mind knowing I'm happy and well cared for."

"I have been in many hospitals and nursing homes. The Bridge at Rockwood is by far the best facility I have been at. It is extremely clean, great staff, great teamwork, great food choices, and happy residents. The administrative staff go above and beyond what you see in any other work environment. The residents are treated with the up-most respect and care. It is very welcoming from the moment you walk in the door until the time you leave. Best experience in a nursing home. Keep up the good work Rockwood!! "

"Victorian Square was pretty nice. The staff who toured us around did well showing us everything and telling us everything we need to know. The dining area was nice. They had everything from movie nights to bingo and all kinds of activities. The rooms were adequate. It had a place for a bed and a bathroom, and basic stuff you would need. The layout of the place was just a little awkward."

"My wife has been in Patriot Hills Assisted Living Facility since August last year. They're awesome, and she's very happy there. The staff is wonderful. They treat her like family. The food is great. The dining area is an open area. They have good and nutritious meals every time. The room has a bathroom. It has a TV. There's two beds, and she has a roommate. It's very clean and updated. It's really good. My wife needs her hair dyed regularly, and one of the workers that does her hair. They also do her nails. They're terrific. They watch movies a lot. My wife has dementia. She can't do too much of that. The place is terrific. They do an amazing job. I can call her anytime I want to. It's one of the least expensive places I've found."

"Fairfield Glade Assisted Living is good. My mother wanted a smaller size facility, she didn't like the bigger places, she felt anxious and overwhelmed. The staff was all wonderful, nice, activities, but it's kind of hard to say because of the whole covid situation, you can't really, things are limited and changed from what has been. They have an outdoor sunroom, they've got outside walking areas, paths, places, that kind of stuff."

"My mother was a volunteer at Keystone before she became a client. At all times, she was treated with respect and honor as she drifted down the road of Alzheimer's. The staff is remarkable in their attitude and care of the clients. It always felt more like family than a day program. The staff was always helpful and kind to the family members as well as the clients. I am so thankful my Mom had this organization to help keep her cognitive functions as long as possible. Staff members even came to Mom's funeral. They impacted our entire family in such a positive way through a trying time. I highly recommend Keystone. Thank you. "
