Springdale has absolutely no interest in quality care for their patients. Bare minimum is provided for their patients care and, it is absolutely frustrating and heartbreaking to have to deal with daily.

I had a family member at this facility, I live out of state and they were unable, or unwilling, to provide a phone so that I could speak to my family member. For a week they said their cordless phone was not working and there were no phones in the rooms. This was incomprehensible to me. How can they allow someone to be completely cut off from family or friends for that period of time? Trying to talk to a nurse was also nearly impossible!

This place is awful. Rude nurses and staff in general. Have seen some neglectful stuff there. Like residents falling a lot and walking the halls with no covid mask, the food is awful and always cold especially breakfast. They make you quarantine for 14 days if you’re not vaccinated. They are always late with the medicine especially with you run out and need more the pharmacy doesn’t come till 10pm so they leave you in pain all day, the therapy does barely anything but one good thing is the therapists are nice and they know how crooked them place is

My mother in law is in this nursing home. Everyone is very friendly including the individuals that perform the housekeeping. Any concerns that my husband and I have are treated with respect.. We found the perfect place for her!

My mother is in Springdale, and it’s really good. The rooms are medium-sized. They have different activities, the food is good, and everybody is just nice as can be. My mom is happy there.

Each one of staff members was very friendly and helpful to me when I entered the home. I was able to find everyone of my friends because anyone I asked knew all about the locations of each of the residents. Even the one who was on the housekeeping staff seemed to care about each resident and I saw several of the employees seeking out help for patients who had their room lights on while I was going from each my friends rooms. The facility itself is very clean and nicely furnished. I saw many smiles on the faces of both the nurses and the residents. Not long after I had visited one of my friends that had attended a previous church with me, he unfortuneately passed away. There were several people from the home attending his service, both management and nurses. I would recommend Springdale Nursing Home to any of my family because I have observed the kind, gentle and caring attitude of everyone that I have met at this facility, and the buildings are well kept.
