Our experience with Broad Acres Nursing Home wasn’t good. The place was understaffed and undermanaged, and no one followed the patients' records. My mother was completely alert and completely aware of everything when she stayed there. It was supposed to be a rehab facility to get her well enough to come home, but that didn’t happen.

During the morning the staff of this facility are very well rounded. They know exactly what they are doing and they get the job done. I have had nothing but good encounters with the morning shift. Although when you get to the second shift group they really do not have a care about the elderly/injured in this facility. This is mainly because they are all young staff and do not know how to care for themselves yet another person. If they would step up on there game and put more time and effort into there work, this facility would receive a 5 star rating from me.
