My friend was at Patriot, A Choice Community for just a 10-day rehab. Their food was good. Their care was adequate. Their physical therapy department was phenomenal. It had three floors. The first floor was rehab. The second floor was more of a personal care home. The third floor was skilled nursing. My friend's room was OK. It was generic and institutional like.
