From what I have seen, Birch Hills Residence in Simpson, PA is everything you could want out of an assisted living facility. The most important thing to me was that our family friend was happy there. Upon visiting him, I couldn't feel better about the whole situation. My friend seems delighted by the staff and the environment, and he actually seems much happier than he was before he came to the facility. His room was very neat and clean, and he was given alot of his own space. The staff was very kind and friendly, and you could tell they cared deeply about the residents. I am very pleased with Birch Hills and I will be recommending them to anyone that is searching for a quality assisted living facility. I am so glad my friend is happy there, and I am looking forward to visiting again and eager to spend more time there with him.
