I wasn't able to visit Chetco Inn for a tour, but I have seen it. I have a friend who lives there, and they don't recommend it. There is nothing wrong with it, but it's just at the low end financially. In other words, it is a place that was converted from a bunch of apartments. It is not a modern building, and it wasn't designed to be an assisted care kind of facility, but the people who are there seemed to think it is OK. Since it is a bit older and was much less recommended, I just didn't bother to go visit it. I went there a couple of years ago, so I'm familiar with what it was like.
