Macklyn Place is pretty good but more pricey than I expected. It's a single-story building with 32 units. They serve three meals a day in a really nice dining area. It has entertainment three or four times a week and take all of the residents out for fun and games a couple of times a week. My mom's really happy with the place, and she gets plenty of good care. The place is very nice, very clean, and well kept. The people are very good and very organized.

Macklyn House seemed to have a good accommodation. It was clean and well run, and the price was a good, a bit cheaper for approximately the same sort of accommodations. The staff was good. The head nurse or director seemed to me to be awfully good. She was 80 years old but still going strong. She had a hip replaced, so she was clearly somebody who understood the inherent points.
