Mt Bachelor Memory Care practices a person-centered care approach that honors and respects the voices of its residents as well as those closest to them. The emphasis is always on the resident as an individual. A comprehensive life history is completed, which focuses on the experiences, preferences, and interests that characterize the unique person he or she is today. An individualized service plan is then created and revised on a routine basis. Our care, however, is a continuing process of listening, observing, and trying new or different approaches to assure the residents optimum well-being.
