It is clean. The staff is attentive. The residents are happy. The amenities are everything that the residents would need. They are able to leave on their own if they need to, and they could come and go if they want to. They have activities that are directed to each resident's needs. Also, the food is good.

The facility is well kept and clean. Staff is very friendly. This facility has an additional monthly charge for all diabetics ($750) that is not disclosed until after move in. Care assessments and subsequent increases in care levels were not well communicated. The facility staff routinely failed to follow through with what they said they would do. They misordered prescription medications through their preferred pharmacy (without authorization) and were supposed to ship them back. Even telling me they had the medications all boxed up and ready to return. A month later the pharmacy had still not received the medications which were to be returned. No explanation from the facility.
