"Known Memory Care was very nice. I liked the room that the lady showed us. There was walking space around. It just had a little bit of a hotel lobby feel to it in their living area where the residents could sit. It did not have those homey warm colors, but it was beautiful. The facility looks very clean. I was impressed with the facility itself. It looked very nice and very well-kept. The lady who helped me throughout was very helpful. She called back a couple of times. So, there was a good follow-up. She was very friendly and very informative."

"The people at The Cottage at Woodland Hills were nice. They just weren't a good fit for us, but they might be for somebody else. They did the best they could with what they got. Everybody was very nice and very helpful. Everything looked very clean and kept up very nicely. When we went there, there was a group in a community room where somebody was playing music and somebody was singing. So, they were doing entertainment and it smelled good. I don't know what they made, but I could smell the food."

"The staff at the Parke--nursing staff, dining hall, front desk--are all super sweet. They are trying to get more and more resident input so it really is like a "neighborhood.". "

"We went here, and we met with the representative. We were shared details about the facility, and we were given a tour. We were very pleased with our experience. The staff appeared to be very professional and very efficient. "

"The facility has just completed a renovation of the common spaces and is very very nice. The individual apartments are somewhat dated but look nice and are comfortable. The place is always clean and well maintained. The staff is most generally kind and helpful and friendly. The dining room management has undergone several changes over the past year as they seem to sometimes struggle with the food quality but I'd say its always at least of good quality and variety. There are lots and lots of activities to participate in. They offer transportation events and appointments. Many residents have lived there for years and are still pleased with the place. Overall my father is happy with his choice of TV and his quests are always impressed. "

"University Village had lots of activities and very nice people. The price point was good, but they didn't have memory care. The staff was wonderful. I saw a one-bedroom apartment. It was a Saturday visit and there were lots of activities going on. The amenities were not as pretty as the others, but it's functional. The leasing agent was very accommodating."

"The Grove at Midtown Senior Living would be a great place for an adult to receive care and housing. They had good activities and dining. The staff was kind and she did her job well. I was accommodated well, and she explained all the conditions in their facility. They have a choice of a studio or a one-bedroom apartment, and they look accommodating."

"It is a very nice, open, and airy facility with a great view of the Arkansas River. The facility is easy to access from the main road. Dad likes living there. They have entertainment quite often, bingo, card games, and a lot of other activities."

"Wagoner Care is a small nursing home. The staff always have smiles on their faces and seem quit genuine. My grandmother was there and she had dementia, she couldn't remeber who anyone was. The staff was so patient with her and never forced her when she was scared or nervous. They were able to get her up and bathed and into the cafeteria with caring and patientience. They would stop by and check on her and they would approach her with a warm smile and quitely remind her where she was what was going on. I never felt like I wasn't welcome to visit and the nurses would be very knowledgeable. The would call me day or night for information on my grandmother. For instance she was talking about a friend of her's alot, and this wasn't anyone she had talked about before. The nurse called me to ask about this person so that they could have conversations with my grandmother to help with her memory. All I can say is Wagoner care was a great place for my grandmother and the care given was at the top. "

"My father-in-law is at Brentwood. They have a piano, a TV, a computer room, puzzle table, walking paths out in the back, plus gardens and chickens. They serve three meals a day. They're doing his medication and transportation to doctors' visits."

"My husband is in Inola Health Care Center. It's a very nice place with very caring, loving, and nice people. My husband is receiving physical therapy. He's in a private room, which isn't fancy. They have bingo and board games. They really try to keep them busy. The meals are good. My husband is not able to participate in activities at the present time, but the other people I've watched there seem to be very happy."

"The place just seemed "alright." It was clean and nothing seemed out of the ordinary. However, I worked at the grocery store across the street and when taking the trash out to the dumpster I noticed the dumpster was filled with bags of used medical supplies. Lots of tubes filled with blood, syringes, and other items, which I later found out to be illegal dumping. "

"My mother in law loves being there. They seem to have constant activities and visitors to the Courtyard like the Traveling Barnyard. They have group crafts and activities brought to their doors now! Even room service is available right to their door now. The staff is always nice and helpful to help her remember to take her prescriptions as well."
