I have a very close friend who’s mother was transferred to this facility after being in the hospital. This woman was completely cognitively in the right state of mind before she went to this place and about a week in she was hallucinating and didn’t recognize her own family she couldn’t walk barely talk or feed herself while being in this place the staff completely took it upon themselves to put her on medication that she was not currently on and didn’t notify the family the woman was falling so many times and left with her body bruised badly all over the staff is neglectful DO NOT put your loved one in this place!! They are not trustworthy!! This place needs shut down!

I do feel the facility is not as clean it should be. They are understaffed tremendously. Call lights will go off for over 20minutes. I have watch nurses be total nasty, rude, to there employees. There are bed sores , when you go to complain you’re the bad person HR and the administrator should be disappointed in their selves this facility should be closed.

DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONES IN THIS FACILITY!!! BAD BAD BAD!!!! My Mothe w/ Alzheimers passed with @ huge BEDSORES on her back. Was always dirty!. Horrible Horrible Care at this place! If you love your parents or loved ones, you will keep out of this place... unless you are ready to bury them!!!!!!!!!!!

2 hour wait to use the bedside!?! Horrible food! This is a “for profit” facility which means they do the bare minimum the money goes into the pockets of the director and others. The patient suffers a lot. Not a safe environment. Severely understaffed! New patients who are suppose to be quarantined are allowed to roam about and enter other patients rooms uninvited!!

This facility is often understaffed. Patients wait over 20 minutes for call lights to be answered. And, then help is still often delayed. Medications are not well supervised. Major corrections are temporarily "fixed" when the institution gets a heads up that the state is about to visit. Many of the "amenities" are a farce .Activities are often cancelled or are really fictitious. Transportation to appointments is often an issue.
