Do not put any family member here. No communication. All my fathers clothes have been stolen. Absolutely no follow through or compassion. Avoid at all costs

Horrible place Do not put your loved one there. The food is terrible they don't follow diet restrictions. How do you give a dialysis patient an frozen dinners that are very high in sodium. Cannot have potatoes either and they give them french fries. My husband is a double amputee and they took him off the bed pan and the aides told him to clean his own back side and he had a bed sore (not from this place) I was not included in any of my husband care plan. Nobody bothered to tell me they were having one til about an hour before it was supposed to happen. Some of the staff was rude. The social services department was not helpful. Was not given the proper paperwork when he came home. I will never put him back there again.

Wickliffe Country Place's people were very friendly. The facility was a little older, but it was clean. The food smelled good and all the patients seemed to be OK, smiling, and happy, so that's a good thing. The rooms were very small and not private. Two people in there would be too small. The location is right off the freeway and the grounds were well kept. They had a nice area for people to go outside and enjoy fresh air.

Wickliffe was nice. The rooms were nice and bright, but it wasn't as bright as the other facilities. If you needed a hospital room, you had to share a room. But it was OK. It was the nurses who took us around. I think there was a really large room where they could do puzzles, but I didn't go into detail of what their activities are. It was also close to home for me and my husband. But that was my least favorite one. The rooms were very dark, so that wasn't I wasn't very pleased to see. It would have been hard to put my father-in-law there.

This was the worst place I could have ever stay when I first got there a lady by the name Missy came to the hospital to recruit me to come over to their facility she told me everything that would be in my room when I got there the room will be set up for me that was not the case some days they forgot to bring me food not all but some of the aids were lazy. I had to ask them to change my bed clean my room an pot. The food was very nasty. Towards the end of my stay they started druging me to make me be quiet. I would never refer or put anyone in this nursing facility I was only there for rehab and it was the worst three weeks of my life.
