The staff of 2014 have all been replaced by competent, caring people. If your loved one needs 24 hour care that you are unable to provide, then you should tour several different facilities and decide for yourself which one will provide the care that you want for your loved one. I personally am very satisfied with the staff and level of care provided. I would rate it 4 out of 5.

My mother was placed with this facility because she had to be on life support. The staff was rude even though she was ready to pass away. I ask a nurse to clean her mouth and suck out her throat and I ask why she was left like that and the nurse was rude and told me I must have some guilty feelings. I in return got furious and requested my mother be moved to the hospital for her last days after calming down I realized my mom wouldn't live through transport so I agreed to leave her there. She died 2days later. There was only two nurses that done their jobs right The rest was lazy and non caring if there had been another place that I could have sent my mom I would have but options are little with being on life support I do not recommend this place or do I speak of it other than my experience my mom deserved better in her last days and she spent almost a month here. So if you have other options please do so even if it mean a farther way to drive I hope you aren't left with only this place. Thank you God bless you and your family needs this site made me rate it the star that is checked would only be for the two nurses and the ability to visit day and night
