Beautiful facility with a professional and caring staff. I was also in their therapy program. The therapy staff was wonderful! They were friendly and knowledgeable. If you want to get better, they will work with you to get to your goals. I couldn’t offer a stronger recommendation for Best Care!

This is by far the best place I have been at ..staff is very friendly ..and caring for the residents ..they never stop there is a few night shift workers and day shift workers that go above and beyond ! Thank you for caring

We moved my Dad here to get him closer to home. Within 2 weeks he was dead. His death certificate said that he died of Sepsis which is treatable with IV antibiotics. However, the staff along with Dr. Kalo did not care enough to send him to the hospital for treatment. There are much better options than this place. If you love your family DO NOT send them here. The staff and Dr. Kalo are very unprofessional and most of all uncaring! If I could give Best Care zero stars, that is the rating they would get from me and my family. We feel like we failed my Dad by admitting him here.

My mom is now in Best Care Nursing & Rehab Center. I feel very fortunate that they accepted her. Most of it is great, but it really needs updating. The room is crowded. The Alzheimer's section has double beds in each room. They need more private bathrooms. I don't like that two rooms share a bath. The price is high too. The staff is very friendly, patient, and helpful. The director is very helpful and informs you about the things you can get. If you need any help with anything, they'll work with you. They will help you in any way they can. That part I really like. The meals look fine; however, my mom doesn't eat much unless there is a lot of soft food in there. They have all kinds of activities. They have an activity chart that they post for people to see.
