The interactions with staff were optimal. My mom had a one week stay that went very smoothly. The little things made a difference such as the bird feeder outside. Per mom, they answered her call light promptly, gave her pain medication as she needed & were very polite. The food was acceptable related to a balanced meal. She especially liked the ham. She liked her facility news bulletin & the Carmel corn that was passed out. All went well from admission to discharge. Thank you for making an emotional time run smoothly. Dedication, outstanding ethics, integrity & compassion is always the best route. Amy

The facility was clean and the faculty was organized and well experienced. They care for my grandmother very well. The nurses spend an appropriate amount of time with each resident and are always available in case of need by the residents. The grounds outside the facility are well maintained as well.
