"I would not advise putting your loved one in the hands of this facility. There are 3 nurses or caregivers that actually care about their residents that I am aware of. My firsthand experience with this facility was one of disbelief of the neglect, lack of compassion, & care that our vulnerable elderly society needs. The place smelled awful, residents weren’t happy & my mother was spoken to disrespectfully, received neglectful care, & accommodations & has passed away!"
