I would not advise putting your loved one in the hands of this facility. There are 3 nurses or caregivers that actually care about their residents that I am aware of. My firsthand experience with this facility was one of disbelief of the neglect, lack of compassion, & care that our vulnerable elderly society needs. The place smelled awful, residents weren’t happy & my mother was spoken to disrespectfully, received neglectful care, & accommodations & has passed away!

The therapy is good. Few of the nursing staff perform to meet basic standards of care. The care is documented but not done. I moved my family member out after a trip to ER from neglect after being in this facility for one week. I feel sorry for the permanent residents here. The facility smells bad, it's dirty and the clients here are neglected. I reported the facility. I do not know how they remain open. If you have a loved one here, check on them daily or more often.
