"The staff in this facility have been kind, attentive, caring and sincere with the care of my family member. They treat her as if she was a family member of their own. Upon my visits (announced or not) I have never found her in a condition that was unacceptable. The facility appears to have all that she needs to be comfortable and happy. There are many opportunities for activities and socialization. They even have cats that are permanent residents who are well loved, too. I am very happy that she is locally accessible to visit and happy with her stay. "

"My dad has been in the rehab portion of Mineral Springs of North Conway Care and Rehabilitation Center. Overall, it is very good. The building itself and the staff members are very nice and very pleasant. The dining rooms are very comfortable, and there are places where a resident can go and get out of the room for much of the day if they want to. The physical therapy is great. It is pretty good. Mineral Springs is a comfortable place. The rooms are a little bit small, but my dad does get out of the room when he wants to and go to another location, so he doesn’t have to stay in the room the whole time. I’ve seen the people coming in there and keeping everything clean. He has plenty of closet space. "

"My dad moved into Fryeberg Care center yesterday. It's nice, clean, the people were very friendly, very helpful, and we felt it was safe and comfortable there. It was the best place for him, and it was only 12 miles from my home. There's activities all day long, they have Bingo, movies and popcorn, ice cream cones, exercise programs, and gospel hours. He's happy with the food. It's not the Ritz, but it's lovely and clean."

"We toured the Mountain View Community. I thought the place was super clean. They had many amenities and very serious care. Everything was first class. The staff was very good and very thorough. The rooms were excellent. They had more going for them than I've seen in other nursing homes."

"Mountain View Nursing Home was very clean and very nice. They're understaffed though. There were some issues going on over there. I'm not pleased with the admissions coordinator, because I've called two or three times for the status of my application and I never get a call back. The rooms were laid out very nice. They're fairly good sized and they all had private showers and bathrooms."
