The staff in this facility have been kind, attentive, caring and sincere with the care of my family member. They treat her as if she was a family member of their own. Upon my visits (announced or not) I have never found her in a condition that was unacceptable. The facility appears to have all that she needs to be comfortable and happy. There are many opportunities for activities and socialization. They even have cats that are permanent residents who are well loved, too. I am very happy that she is locally accessible to visit and happy with her stay.
