At New Perspective West Fargo, the layout of the studio apartment units was unique. The staff was very nice, very helpful, and very compassionate. They put a welcome sign in the entryway when we had a scheduled tour. It's a very nice facility. The only reason we didn't choose that facility is because of the location. I live in Grand Forks, and it's an hour away from where my dad lives. Otherwise, I had nothing negative to say about it. They had a lot of things to offer, and I liked the proximity to local establishments, like a restaurant across the street and a grocery store across the street. The only negative thing I didn't like about it is that they don't have transportation. They only do group transportation. If they were going on an outing, like a trip to the grocery store, it would be for the group, but if my dad had a doctor's appointment or something, he'd have to call a taxi. They had a little fitness area, a PT area, a salon, a little convenience store, a little cafe deli area, and a library area.

We visited New Perspective - West Fargo. The staff was really nice. The rooms were huge, and it looked very well-kept and very clean. I don't remember everything, but I think they offered quite a bit of different activities. Parking was fine. They offered independent living and assisted living, and we saw both.

I visited a friend in New Perspective | West Fargo. It was a very nice, brand new facility. They're just opening at that time. They had a library, they had a small swimming pool, you could do water exercises, and they had scheduled activities. The services were great, she was very happy. Their apartments were smaller.They had Bible studies and they had things going on. The residents are smiling and happy, and they were at various different places throughout the building, some were playing bingo somewhere over by a fireplace, reading, and having coffee. They had underground parking which was included in the rent.

We're currently living in New Perspective. We're just fine. My husband and I are both in independent living. Right now, we're shut down because of the virus. They had a lot of activities here, which was what we were really interested in. We have a swimming pool and regular pool tables. It is a relatively small unit, so you know everybody. It's absolutely beautiful. It's like walking into the fanciest hotel you've ever been in. We have a very nice library, they play bingo, they have all kinds of karaoke, and we have happy hours where we get together in the afternoon. There are a lot of regular things that we like to do. We have a dining room. We either have their daily meals or you can order off a menu. It's on the high end. We have a housekeeper that comes into our apartment, too. Actually, I'm quite pleased.

I went to New Perspective West Fargo. It's like a five-star hotel. It's beautiful. The rooms in the memory care were small, but we really don't need a large room, and the ones we saw were very nice. It's a new facility. The staff was very nice, and very friendly. We saw a group watching TV, and we saw some of the assistants walking people around and giving them a little exercise.

New Perspective - West Fargo has everything that we need. It's lovely and brand new. It's got a beautiful dining area, and they had their own chef there. They had tons of activities. We felt that it was right for our parents. The staff has been wonderful to work with. We had a beautiful turkey dinner there.
