My mom is now in The Oliver House. It has been good thus far. Initially she was in assisted living, but right after about a week she had to be moved into memory care. The accommodation was good. The staff has been very friendly and very helpful. We have no complaints at all. I haven't been able to visit that much, but from everything that we have seen, it has been very clean, and the staff is informative and helpful.

The facility is older, however, more importantly it is well maintained & clean. The staff are kind & patient. This is a family oriented environment.

My mom was at The Oliver House and it was terrible. My mom's room didn't have pull cords in the bathrooms and the pull cords are not functional in the bedrooms. The bathroom floor dipped into a hole and is not level, which is a fall hazard for the residents. The care was terrible and they either ignored or yelled about my mother's needs on a daily basis. They ran out of food and toilet paper.

They were very good to Bill, they provided all of the services to him. The food they provided was okay. The value is good compared to what the other places charge.
