Upsetting

I only inquired about the facility and I was transferred several times and those I did talk to were very unfriendly and jump to conclusions without being aware or knowledgeable of our situation...gave me an immediate flag to avoid this place!!

So frustrated!

The care given to my mother appeared to be wonderful. When we visited her, she had an employee with her at all times, the workers were generally cheerful; however, the administration was difficult to work with. They were willing to tell me all the things wrong with my mother and how horrible she was. They didn't appear to be able to think outside of the box in giving my mother the care. In my opinion, my mother turned into a bottom-dollar patient and we were asked to find other arrangements for her after just four days. So frustrating!
