I thought the staff could've been better, they seemed to not have enough time to help everyone that needed help, like they were understaffed. The help that we did get was very appropriate as well as respectful. The meals are homemade and very fresh, also snacks are provided and they make those fresh as well. Activities were very enjoying, they offered a live band to come in and play oldies music ,also encouraging the elders to get up and dance for exercise or to clap along. We had a great time there, most of the time and would enjoy if we went back. I do hope that the next time we are there , maybe they will have more staff on hand to not leave patients waiting for the facilities bathroom/shower ect.
