I have had a person in Pines of Mission since 2016. The care is good. The activities are working for everyone that's in there. They take them from just needing a little assistance to full Alzheimer's. The food is good and the staff is good. They work pretty good with the residents. I have spoken with them about more activities going on rather than people just sitting there in their wheelchairs all day. They have initiated that and they're still working on building that program up. I can't complain at all about the personal care and hygiene for my lady that's in there. She has never had a bedsore, she's groomed nicely, and clothed nicely each day. They have a big screen TV in the common area, magazines and reading material available, and they play bingo. They have an activity director and she's working on getting that altogether and improved. It's a safe place, it's clean, and it's bright. The building itself is adequate and warm, and the rooms are a nice size. Most of them are doubles, some are singles, and there's plenty of room. Each one has its own bathroom facility. They have a main shower, which is a big spacious area, and they always have two to three attendants when they're doing showers. I have not heard of any slip and falls in there or broken bones because of that. It's a small community, so you know everybody. It's very close knit.
