"My parent is in the Beehive Homes of Hamilton, and we have been very pleased with the care. Everything is very clean and new. The staff is friendly and seems to handle things professionally. It is easy to access because it is close. We have been very happy with them. They have been very good with the activities and had a nice Christmas party for the families and residents. "

"The Living Centre looks well organized. The staff is very engaged, cooperative, and they seemed to work hard to accommodate anybody's distinct needs. My mom is a Celiac and can't do wheat. And we talked to the head chef and she was 100 percent on-board with providing for that kind of need. And other than that, the facility is somewhat plain, but it is still more than adequate. The staff is highly engaged and responsive to our requests for information and their cooperation is excellent. It's just an older facility and the upkeep is fine. It's clean and looks to be well maintained."

"Kathy's Place Personal Care Home was very clean. They had a lot of outdoor seating areas for the residents to gather. They also had chickens and they eat a lot of organic food. There were just a lot of older people that were further along than my husband, so I didn't think it would be a very good fit at the moment. Other than that, it was fine. Everybody was friendly and the rooms were decent. It was kind of an older home, but I liked that it was small and there were only 10 residents there. There were 6 private rooms and the rest were shared. The gal that gave me the tour was the administrator. She lived above the facility,(she and her husband) who is a registered nurse, and they were also nice. Her son has actually done some remodeling on it, but the ceilings were just low."
