The Grandview at Benefis was very clean. It smelled clean and it looked clean. The rooms were larger. They had a big common area where people could gather together. The people were very kind and courteous. They were very outgoing. The food arrangement sounded like it would work well. You could go to a private room, but of course, that's even more money. And it sounded like they had planned activities every day that they could take part in if they wanted to. They offered a special room that had sensory things and low-key exercise and stuff. And a lot of residents went in there because they were tactile, and the lights and everything helped some that were having a bad day. So that was something different, but you're paying for it.

I visited The Grandview at Benefis. They were full, and they were not taking any new patients. They had a waiting list with 20 people in it. They had a very nice program and the place was fairly new. They had plenty of good staff, but I didn't really get to talk to them. I only met one person. Since they had 20 people in the waiting list, I wasn't willing to wait that long, and they could've been more money. I liked how new it was, and it looked clean. They had a gym, a hot tub, and a walking track in the courtyard. I liked that one person I met.

My father-in-law is now living at The Grandview at Benefis, and it is perfect, clean, and tidy. The food is great. They change the sheets and come in and clean all the time. It’s really nice but expensive. They're cooperative and the place is pretty updated. I'd recommend them.

CARE RECEIVED NOT ACCEPTABLE! 1st dinner requested later did not happen 2nd NO CARE FOR ALMOST 5 HOURS even after request was made We were told patients were visited every 90 minutes during the day Again this did not happen overall VERY POOR CARE not at all professional no response to help signal so patient had to clean up himself and finally the on site doctor made a remark regarding the patient which is against HEPA law guide lines! I suggest the entire staff get additional training - We also noticed another patient being ignored.

Very high standards. The staff is very friendly, loving, caring, I love them all. Everyone from housekeepers to sales, to the Director are wonderful. Feels like family. Highly recommend.

Our sincere feelings about the wonderful care. Our comment about service and care could not be anything but positive. We are so satisfied. Everyone that we have met and dealt with have been a joy to deal with and know.
