About Us Welcome to Columbia Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, a skilled nursing facility located in the historic downtown area of Columbia. We are only minutes from Marion General Hospital, and 30 minutes from Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg, MS. Our center provides a wide range of skilled nursing and rehabilitation services for both short stay recovery, as well as ongoing supportive services for individuals requiring long-term care. Our focus is on improving the quality of life for those we serve through our orthopedic, neurological, cardiac, pulmonary, wound care services, as well as interventions for other medically complex diagnoses, admitting 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Staff is uncaring. They leave residents laying in their own waste they gossip about other nurses and they don't do what the patient asks of them (refuses to get you up)a few good ones are there like (Kim and bird) but few and far between.

This is worst place ever!! You never get the answers you want from the staff or anyone else. They never answer the phone, they keep you on hold and eventually hang up on you.
