My parents will be moving into Barross Cottage II. Some things that were very appealing to us were, that the house my parents will be in has 10 residents. So, their caring staff will certainly know everybody very well. They're also able to guarantee they have one person on duty overnight. My dad often needs to be up during the night, and I think that ratio of one person to 10 means he will get the care he needs. I also like that the community of 10 all eats their meals around a table together. So, it's very much like home. I was just really pleased that we could find such a good placement for our parents. The woman who is the owner and manager for sure is a five. It's not a big community, not a big group of staff, but everybody was very impressive. Everything appeared to be well maintained. My parents will have their own rooms. They're going to be across the hall from each other. The layout is very desirable, and everything looked very clean.
