We had an in-person tour of Oak Crest. It was very friendly. They had a wonderful manager and maintenance. The facility was very clean and affordable. The size of their units is what we like. They have a gym, a hair salon, an events calendar, and a van that takes you for grocery shopping and events. They only provide a complimentary breakfast, and then lunch has a fee. The dining is very nice. Everything is very nice. The staff was wonderful.

Oak Crest is great. There are a lot of things for Mom to do, and she's always playing bingo on Wednesday nights. The people are really nice and helpful. The atmosphere is fantastic, the place is beautiful, and they're taking really good care of it. Everyone is proud to live there. The place is very well kept and clean. When I get older, I want to live there myself.

We liked Oak Crest, but we had trouble getting to them. They were as open to us speaking with the manager. When we toured the place, we enjoyed it. Everybody was friendly. The staff was very businesslike. As far as activities, they had a full calendar and made sure that the people were out of their rooms and interacting with the rest of the residents. The apartments were roomy, nice, clean, and airy. I would recommend them. The surroundings were very pretty. However, I was disappointed with their PR and their dining area needed to be improved on as it wasn’t their first priority, and they needed to work on that.
