Rooms are nice and clean Staff is friendly and good at what they do. Know of outside programs. Nice house in a quiet residential setting. Large deck off side of house Cook what clients like.

Home is dirty. Caregivers don’t wear proper PPE. Staff isn’t trained on transfers, bed positioning, feeding, or bathing. Caregivers arn’t professional and lack basic training skills of a CNA. Staff is qualified for companion care at best or a (home health aid) RN is NOT on staff full time. Caregivers transfer responsibility to Hospice. Activities non existent. Small living quarters. Staff allowed to smoke outside and leave patients unsupervised. Everyone gets same meal.
