Beacon Pointe Richland has availability, so I am checking with them. My wife still has to be accepted there, and so they're still going through the process there. If we can get accepted there, then I will definitely choose them. Their size is nice, and only having seven beds for memory care is nice, too. It is smaller, and it's very clean. The person there, Heidi, is very informative. She is actually helping me out with some good things, with possible hospice and stuff like that. She was overly kind and said, "If your wife can get accepted here, this is what we can do for her." She was very good. I would rate them five all the way. The people I met who were going to be helping her were very kind. The entire setting and the building seem to be very nice. They have an outside space, too. They have activities that they try to get people involved in.

I toured Beacon Pointe Richland for my father-in-law. It's very nice, new, and clean. The room is very nice as well. The staff was all very friendly and pleasant to deal with. We looked at the menu and they had a wide variety of options. It was nice. I know laundry was available and so is the means to hand out medication daily. If people need assistance bathing, they have that facility too. If they're in a wheelchair, they can help them with that.
