Fountainview Retirement Village of Fremont is a 20-unit facility. They have an excellent staff to resident ratio, and they were friendly. Their amenities were pretty average for its size. They have a nice outdoor area for such a small facility. It just felt a bit crowded. All it takes is a few residents to be out and about. They have narrow hallways and the inside was a bit not in a good condition. It's an older building, but I think the big plus there was the staff, including the ratio of staff to residents, and their teamwork and enthusiasm. I think part of it was it's not a very big staff, so you get to know everybody.
