In my opinion this place is spectacular. The spirited staff makes this home away from home for the residents. My grandmother lives here & her absolute fave is Katrina, Grammy adores her. All of the staff I've encountered take great pride in their many responsibilities as well as developing relationships with their clients.

Fountainview Retirement Village of Fremont is a 20-unit facility. They have an excellent staff to resident ratio, and they were friendly. Their amenities were pretty average for its size. They have a nice outdoor area for such a small facility. It just felt a bit crowded. All it takes is a few residents to be out and about. They have narrow hallways and the inside was a bit not in a good condition. It's an older building, but I think the big plus there was the staff, including the ratio of staff to residents, and their teamwork and enthusiasm. I think part of it was it's not a very big staff, so you get to know everybody.
