The apartments at Lockwood of Davison were generous in size. It was very clean. There was a variety of people with disabilities, which I'm one. The people were friendly and courteous. They had a variety of activities for the people that live there and transportation also. The staff was very polite. They afforded me all the information that I needed. They made time to speak with me and the place was busy. The residents prepare their own food. They have outings that they take people on. They have access to a lot of services that people may have a hard time finding like Meals on Wheels. I met the maintenance, management, the supervisor, and the housekeeper. Everything was clean including the apartment they showed me. They showed me a very spacious one-bedroom. I was impressed with what they had to offer and how they managed their building.

Lockwood of Davison is an apartment complex for seniors. It looked really clean. The apartments were small, but they're accommodating, nice, and clean. They have medical rides and laundry assistance and haircuts, and those are all at an extra cost. What's included in the apartment was electric and water. They had to pay for gas and cable or anything extra that they had. The staff was very nice.
