"My brother is a resident. So far the people there are very nice and accommodating and they seem to get along with what they do, but most importantly, he seems to like it there. I like it too -- it's in Bay city and it's small -- there's not a lot of clients there. I live in California and when I called them, they answered my questions. They have a salon and they do bingo. So far, I am satisfied with the care they provide."

"My wife is at Eden Fields Assisted Living and Memory Care. The reason we picked that one was because it's close to the daughter's home and my son's home, and so she could see our grandson more. After getting in there, she likes the people she's working with. She likes her room. We got a room that's got an extra bedroom with that, and everything seems to be pretty good so far. We were in skilled nursing before and they were good, but it was noisy and she didn't sleep very well. At Eden Fields Assisted Living and Memory Care, it is better. The staff is good. The activities director has come down and worked with my wife to get her involved. She hasn't gotten into too many activities, but it seems like the rest of the residents get involved with it. They were doing ceramic painting and some type of gardening where they have a little garden that they can work with."

"My wife was there for rehab. They were really good in seeing she was cared for. The food was pretty good and work with you to what you liked and dislike. Some times the would arrange for field trips. My wife's health was failing till the point her liver and kidneys shut down. Medilodge took care of her in her last few days even called Hospice for me. Brought snacks and drinks so I could be with my wife every minute to the end. Thank you Medilodge from the bottom of my broken heart. Your hugs and condolences help my heart to heal. "

"My mom is in Linwood Residence, she's in a state that's not well. She's getting the best care possible, but she does not recognize me and don't know what's going on. She doesn't communicate at all; I haven't seen her in 6 weeks and I can't talk to her. They won't let us in because of the governor. The staff are very caring people, and they go out of their way to help do what they can. She's in a better home before, because she was living in a home that only had 6 ladies with dementia, but they're closed."

"I brought my mom to Huron Woods, post brain surgery. She was treated with dignity, as a person, with such compassionate loving care by ALL from the admitting person to the administrative director to nursing to maintenance. They spoke to her, thanked her, cleaned her gently, dressed her with love and made her "pretty" . What I noted most of all.... ALL patients were treated with the same compassion and care by ALL the staff. I can't thank them enough. They are a God send. Oh, yes..the facility is beautiful too. But most of all so are the people who work there. "

"I visited a friend at The Brook of West Branch close to three years ago. Her room was very nice, and they took very good care of her. Everything about the home was just grand and glorious. The help was very nice. The facade seemed very nice. It had a plain open field and a nice sliding door that went outside. It was not in a residential area at all, but it was close to medical facilities. It was a super place. They were very satisfied with the price and everything. The only thing I would ask would be a few trees outside my window."

"I have been in a number of Nursing & Rehabilitation homes and ICMF is by far, one of the best!! There were always fun activities going on and the food was really good! All of the staff were kind & caring and seemed to enjoy their jobs and care about their patients. My mom was there for a couple of weeks for Rehab and I went every day to visit. If/when I ever need rehab/skilled nursing/long term care, this is where I'd like to be!! The rooms were large and comfortable. The outdoor areas were very well maintained and inviting - especially the fountain patio, and the bird aviary was amazing!! Thank you all for the great work you do!! "

"We placed my mother in the MediLodge of Tawas City. She is in the dementia wing. I feel so comfortable with this place. I'm just happy with them, and it meant so much to me. They take such good care of my mother, and I just don't have anything bad to say. They're just wonderful people. The staff is just a blessing. They're just wonderful. The rooms are very roomy. They're clean. They're nice and warm. I didn't eat the food, but my mother seemed to like it very well. She doesn't leave the floor she stays on. They have their own dining area, and it's nice. They have something to do for them every day. They have different arts and crafts. They have exercise and coffee. Everybody would come down and have coffee together. Nobody ever stays long because they wander. Dementia patients don't like to sit around. They try to interact with them. They try to get all of them to interact with each other. It looks wonderful. Somebody's always there doing something to the walls or to the edges of the floor. Somebody's always working. It's just a wonderful place, and my heart is so joyful."

"My Mom had rehab at Lakeview Manor. She was treated so well by everyone at the facility. My parent's still keep raving about the wonderful care she got. They loved the food, and Sue the dietary manager was wonderful! The rehab team was awesome and really motivated her to get moving and she was able to return home after 6 weeks. She left Lakeview stronger and in better health than she had been in years. Thank you to everyone that works there. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for rehab or long term care for your loved one, you won't regret it!"

"Our father was a resident at the Sheffield. It was Beautiful inside including the rooms and it was always clean. We were so happy with our dad‘s care. The staff was amazing and they were so loving towards all the residents. I highly recommend Sheffield if you are looking for a place for your loved one. We can’t say enough about our whole experience at Sheffield. We have 6 children in our family and we all loved everything about this place! "

"We went straight to the care facility the hospital sent my mother-in-law. She has been in Bay County for about a month, and they are doing a great job. She is in a full care facility. I think they are doing a fine job there. The facility is very nice and clean. You walk in, and there is no odor. She is taken care of very well there. The management appears to be very caring as well. "

"I was a recent patient at Bay Shores Care Center. After seeing my room I was amazed on how large it was. I had a private bathroom, and was furnished like it was my bedroom at home. I was welcomed by the staff and they showed genuine care about my injury. All the staff members were kind and reassuring. The Physical and Occupational therapists were excellent. They were kind and challenged me on a daily basis to learn new things so my recovery would be easier. The meals were delicious and they served a nice varity of food. Every day had activities from Polka music to Bingo. I would highly recommed Bay Shores for anyone who would their services weather it for you or a loved one. from room 108 Hazel"

"First thing my husband noticed was the cleanliness of the facility. Staff was was great. My father-in-law was only there for tow and a half months but they celebrated his 100th birthday! So very pleased with his healing and physical and occupational therapy. I will highly recommend them!"
