"We are thrilled with them. My in-laws found that they needed assisted living, one needed the memory unit but the other does not. We were able to work out arrangements for 2 separate rooms for them, but the staff is so kind and compassionate that they are eager to help them stay together as much as possible. These folks go far and above what is expected or required. I truly feel like we have family looking in on them. Such peace of mind! And the facility is gorgeous!! Food is plentiful and delicious. "

"I ended up choosing The Lodge at Bethany for my mom, and they have been wonderful. They are over the top. The place is very cozy. The aides and the nurses, no matter what time you call, give you time and they listen. And if they know something better, they make suggestions. It's just awesome. My mom gained more daughters with the aides and nurses there. They care and they show it. You can always find a nurse or an aide on the floor, there's always somebody somewhere. They celebrate all kinds of things like they celebrate Peanut Day, National Assisted Living Day, and residents' birthdays. They do puzzles, dominoes, eat out, walking clubs, and gyms. Everything there has been great."

"So far, I like Southern Manor Retirement Inn. Mom is in the memory care wing and they seemed to care about their residents. They frequently check on them and treat them like their own family. It's a nice place and it's very clean. They are actually in the process of remodeling right now. So, it's going to be beautiful when they get finished. They have different volunteer groups that come in about every week. They do crafts with the residents, have church groups that come and sing where residents can sing along, and do some other activity every single day. I think the food is excellent, too. I would recommend it to anybody's parents."

"My Angels sent from Heaven above! I am forever grateful for Ms. Pat & all the staff including Hospice at The Griffin House, this is not your ordinary facility, the name says it all House because it’s exactly like a House or a Home. The Griffin House (Ms. Pat my Angel) took my father in on short notice and made him feel so welcome and comfortable during his final days, so thankful he could be at peace & relax and most of all feel loved & cared for, forever grateful Tricky’s Family!"

"My mother is in Syl-View Rehabilitation & Memory Care Center for a month now. We had not been able to see her because of the COVID rise again. We just have to kind of visit her through the window or just call over the phone. It's kind of awkward because she's used to being with us every day and seeing us every day. It's difficult for her at this time to cope with it. The staff is good. They're excellent. I can't speak for all of the staff down there, but the ones that I met there (they're the ones that are dealing with my mother). They are good staff. I feel like our needs are being met. The facility is nice, but it can be upgraded. I know they have a church."
