I toured Winter Valley. They have a beautiful set-up. The place is clean. However, I just found that with their assisted living, they don't have a 24-hour nurse like they would have to go to the hospital. The people, even the residents, came up and talked to my mother there. It's a very friendly atmosphere. They have things to do. They have transportation if they want to go shopping. The only drawback was the medical part of it. I was a little thrown that there isn't a nurse there often. The staff were super-nice. The rooms were clean. It's a nice place, and it's very well-kept. I know there's a nurse there, but there's not a nurse there like through the night. There's a beauty salon, an art room, a dining room, and a kitchen.
