My wife is at The Lafayette Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Facility. It is superb. The building itself is older. Interestingly enough, my wife was a geriatric nurse practitioner, and she always told people, 'Don't buy the living room' because some places are gorgeous looking, but the care is terrible. In The Lafayette's case, the care has been incredibly good. The CNAs are superb, the nurses who are in charge are superb, and the administration is very, very helpful any time I have a question. I have nothing but good things to say about them. My wife got a shared room for two people. They have activities, too.

My mom has been at The Lafayette Rehabilitation. They're excellent and we're very happy with them. The staff has been wonderful, very caring, and very responsive. The facility is very clean, very well kept, and very nice. They just need to modernize some of their furnishings.
