The building is relatively clean and provides a good environment for senior citizens. There are plenty of amenities such as a gym, library and even a large event space. Residents are provided fully functional apartments along with parking spaces. In addition, there are events relevant to seniors, such as massages and visits by various medical professionals in regard to routine medical problems. There also activities and movie screenings all the time.
