Greens at English Consul

I currently live in Greens at English Consul. Overall, it's a nice facility. My only concern is the management company itself. I'm not satisfied with the upkeep. They have activities very rarely. We used to have a movie night. We've not had that for months now. They normally have a little Christmas celebration. That's pretty much it. My room is very spacious. You have the option to rent a washer and dryer, so they have washer and dryer hookups. In the area itself, you very rarely hear of any crime, so that's a plus. I lived here in 2016 and moved out in 2018 down to North Carolina, then I moved back here in 2019. When I lived here prior, it was beautiful and exceptional. I would give it fives across for the management and everything, but it's now being managed by a different management company, and I can see the difference. The quality of it is not as good as it was before. The management staff is just not what I recall, professional or caring or that type of thing. It's unfortunate because it's a nice place. We have beautiful amenities here. We have an exercise room, a very nice laundry center, a room where we have health professionals that come, and they have a podiatrist that comes once a month. It could be a nice place if management was better.
