We actually ended up putting my mother-in-law at Grandview Heights. Their rooms are all shared rooms and she shares a bathroom with another room. The staff is awesome and I am very pleased with the services there. They have somebody who come in two times a month and plays piano for them or play guitar. They also do sing along and play cards. In a heartbeat, I would recommend this facility.

In my experience, this is a very nice facility. It is kept very clean and the staff is very kind to residents, visitors, and each other. My grandmother has lived here for the last two years, and she seems very happy where she is at. Her needs are met quickly and to her liking. She always seems comfortable. Also, I have heard many people complement the quality of their food. They seem to have quite a variety of different meals they prepare and the food is always hot and fresh. The staff always have smiles on their faces and really make the residents feel at home. Not only do they have 5 regular halls, including private and shared rooms, but they also have a locked Alzheimers unit, which is very nice. You do not have to worry about some poor, confused person wondering out the door and putting themselves in danger. Overall, I think this is a great facility, and I strongly recommend it.
