I was only at Lavender Ridge one time, and it was just a quick visit. I think it looked really nice. The rooms were good. I only talked to the one lady who was the director there, and she was great. She told them that they have activities for the residents. But I did not see anything not while I was there. The dining area, I saw one patient room. They have a communal bathroom for each aside on the building. Instead of a shower area in each of the apartment, they have a generalized one. It looked very nice.

Lavender Ridge is the facility that my mother lived in the last 15 months of her life. The care she received was excellent, definitely a family oriented center and that is what one wants for the resident and the family who is leaving their loved one in someone else's care. Also being able to visit at any time was important to me and this was not a problem. In my opinion, Lavender Ridge is an exceptional memory care facility and will always hold a special place in my heart.
