My cousin is extremely happy at Hillcrest Nursing. He's been there for about eight years now. He was one of the youngest ones there. He just loves all the people that work with him. They keep him very clean. He's just really happy. When I visited him, everybody was having a blast playing bingo. And I couldn't pull him away.

The foremost thing I have noticed is the caring staff. Most of the staff have been there many years which tells me a lot. Anytime I have asked any of them to do anything for my Mother it was promptly done without complaint. The food is varied and plentiful. There are numerous choices on the menu. It always looks delicious.There is a very nice court yard where the patients can visit with family outside with plenty of picnic tables for a family get together. The building is old and not the most beautiful nursing home I have visited but the price is reasonable considering the quality care. This nursing home is rated 5 star by the state and the staff works very hard to keep that rating. I have not regretted having my Mother there the last 17 months.
