Kalakaua Vista is only about 6 or 7 years old. The majority of the staff is very, very nice. I have yet to come across a rude person. They are extremely friendly. Some of the units have case workers that live on property, which I think is a fantastic benefit. The upkeep is very nice and the maintenance is very good.
