My sister stayed at Harborview Health Systems of Thomaston. I didn't like anything about it. My sister didn't get a bath there. The staff were mostly bad, but there was one nice person. My sister's room was very old and used-looking. They neglect the patients. She was in diapers at the time because she couldn't get up, and they didn't change her. The food was usually cold when she got it. They need to provide better care for the patients. I would go up there to the front desk, and they would be sitting there using their phones and ignoring the patient's light, which is bad.
