Stonepointe 55+ Apartments was pretty much a new community, and the amenities were very nice. When you walk in, it had an aura of a nice hotel. The rooms were nice and up-to-date. They had a business center and a little workout area. The staff was pleasant. They didn't have a security gate, but the doors were secure. When you come up to it, you have to be buzzed in. They had an outdoor patio and grill area. You could get the washer and dryer if you wanted in your room. The room had granite counters and plank wood floors. It had stainless steel appliances. The staff seemed concerned and polite. They asked me questions about my needs.

They Keep Trash Shoop Close All the Time. They Do Not Spray the Apartment for Bugs. People Are Breaking into Cars There Is NO Security on the Premises. The Office Stayed Close All the Time.
