Stonepointe 55+ Apartments are fairly new. The building isn't even over ten years old. It's a nice community. The way it's set up is so beautiful. Outside, they have cabanas and grills where people can grill out. They can sit outside, and it's covered. It's really nice. My mom is doing independent living there. It's close to me, so I can easily visit her. The area is very clean. The apartments are nice. They have a lot of things to do for the people who live there. Every day they have something to do. They have bingo. They have Bible study. They just went to the casino. They have food delivered there that the tenants can just get for free. They also have where you can get your hair done on the premises. They have a TV where you can go in and watch movies and sit back in the big chairs. They have a fitness center and computers for the tenants to use. It's very nice. The staff is nice as well. My mom prepares all her own meals. There is an open area downstairs, and they can eat down there. They have a microwave and a sink there. They can eat outside or they can eat inside. The elevators should be working better than they do, so that's the only thing I would go off on. But the facility is very clean, a nice area, and well kept. The tenants can go out and intermingle between one another. That area is huge. They give them a birthday party right in that common area. They also have walking, quilting where you learn how to make quilts, and planting.

They Keep Trash Shoop Close All the Time. They Do Not Spray the Apartment for Bugs. People Are Breaking into Cars There Is NO Security on the Premises. The Office Stayed Close All the Time.

Stonepointe 55+ Apartments was pretty much a new community, and the amenities were very nice. When you walk in, it had an aura of a nice hotel. The rooms were nice and up-to-date. They had a business center and a little workout area. The staff was pleasant. They didn't have a security gate, but the doors were secure. When you come up to it, you have to be buzzed in. They had an outdoor patio and grill area. You could get the washer and dryer if you wanted in your room. The room had granite counters and plank wood floors. It had stainless steel appliances. The staff seemed concerned and polite. They asked me questions about my needs.
