Administration very professional, easy to communicate with and extremely accommodating to the needs of a family member. Medical staff is also very professional and taking excellent care of a family member. All staff have always been available to speak in person and or on phone.. Staff goes above and beyond with care of a family member and also keeping me updated. Rooms are kept very clean with lots of space to make family member feel comfortable. Thankful to have this facility close by.

Feel comfortable with your family member or friend in the care of this facility. The patient comes first here as they should. They are professionals and can be trusted.

This was the most filthy facility I've even been in. The staff there was abusive and neglected my father in law. I have filed a claim with them against the state and they are under investigation. I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy. They were just letting my father in law die and not seeing to his needs. We move to Shamrock and we have been very pleased. I couldn't rate them any lower or I would have!!! Please don't put your loved one in this facility!!!
